Develop strategy, implementation, decision making, risk management skill What will I Study? - Project planning and implementation - Planning projects that meet organisational strategy - Project scope and stakeholder analysis - Project outcome and strategic focus - Gantt charts - Work breakdown structures - Risk evaluation - Risk management - Project control, monitoring and evaluation - Return on investment - CPA/PERT - Resource analysis and smoothing - Teamwork, management, leadership - Managing change - Organisational culture - Continuous Professional Development (CPD) How will I be Taught? This is an 11 week course starting 29 January 2015. Two hour lessons on a Thursday evening from 5:15pm to 7:15pm Active lessons and collaborative working are the cornerstones of the teaching style at Chichester College. You will be encouraged to maximise self-study opportunities using digital resources. How will I be Assessed? 100% assignment based focussing on implementing a current project in the workplace. The assignment of 2,500 words will describe the project management processes used with some analysis and evaluation of why you have used those particular methods and processes What our students say?
