Furinture design, History of furniture, Finishing, production
systerms and pratical cabinet making skills. How will I be Taught?
You will be taught largely in the workshops with one or two theory
sessions every week. Most of the pratical skills will be learnt by
making the projects you have designed and by helping others in your
group on thier projects. This enables you to learn a wide range of
skills used in furniture making. How will I be Assessed? You will
be assessed by units which are based on the pratical work you do,
although you will have to produce small portfolios for each unit.
The are a small number of question papers which run allong side
