CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development Practice

This programmes concentrate on a range of practical human resources and development skills together with the necessary underpinning knowledge. It is a self-standing programmes and a first step in obtaining the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) professional qualification. Live lessons and collaborative working are the cornerstones of the teaching style at Chichester College. You will learn the principles of human resources practice through talks, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises. Throughout the programme you will be encouraged to relate theories and practice to your own organisation and experience both within class and written/practical assignments.
