You will complete 5 units in total this year - Introduction to Law and Practice, Civil Litigation, Law of Tort, Client Care Skills and Legal Research Skills. How will I be Taught? The course will be delivered by lecturers in a classroom environment, but you will be expected to back up the classroom teaching with self study at home. How will I be Assessed? Assessment is external. You will sit 1 exam in January and 2 exams in June. In addition you will complete coursework for the 2 Skills units, which is sent to CILEx for moderation.
