Retail Financial Services C&G NVQ Level 3

Summary:

The qualification is aimed at a wide range of job roles in the retail financial services sector. It allows for specific technical focus however giving the learner a wider focus. The qualification is available for job roles such as general insurance, life insurance, banking and building societies, financial services advice and administration.

There is progression from levels 2 to 3 of the Retail Financial Services NVQ. There is also the opportunity to complete customer service, contact centre, team leading and management qualifications.

The qualification will be assessed on portfolio evidence which will be externally verified. The types of assessment methods that can be used are observation, product evidence, witness testimonies, professional discussion, candidate questioning and accredited prior learning. Where possible a holistic approach should be taken.
