This course is primarily designed for adults who do not work within the professional catering industry but who do have the enthusiasm and passion to prepare and cook quality foods that, not only taste gorgeous, but look as if they have been prepared by an artist.

It covers a range of culinary preparation and cooking skills that mirror the fashionable High Street restaurant menus. This course also gives away the chef's top secrets that will in turn allow the enthusiastic amateur cook to stake their claim on the culinary catwalk.

There is a weekly food cost of £3.50 to cover sundry items. You may be required to bring in some more expensive food items e.g. meat/ fish etc. The uniform cost is £10 payable on the first evening.
