Organisations must change – not for the sake of changing - but to continue the forward momentum of the business. Change is a "people" business and therefore leading change effectively involves understanding why change happens and the effect it has on the organisation and its' people.

This course will help managers and change agents recognise and manage cultural and psychological barriers to help ensure the perception, reaction and impact of change is not onerous, chaotic or the cause of unease or resentment.
