Part TimeTThis course is designed to introduce more advanced techniques
in sugarcraft and making complex exotic flowers.
Students will learn;
To design a three tier wedding cake.
Make a range of complex flowers, including Agapanthus, Gerbera
and Tuberose.
How to recreate natural detail using suitable colouring.
Make and use royal icing.
Demonstrate different uses of royal icing; lace pieces, brush
embroidery, simple scrolls and flowers.
To create a selection of arrangements and sprays to medal
standard.

What qualifications you need
Completion of levels 1 and 2 or skills to that level.
