Reflective Practice 1
Teaching, Learning and Assessment
Subject Specialist Pedagogy
Year 2
The Organisation and the Individual
Reflective Practice 2
Negotiated Study
Innovation in Teaching and Learning
How you will gain the qualification
Successful completion of module assignments. Also students will be formally observed 8 times over the two years (4 by a Personal Tutor and 4 by a Subject Specialist Mentor). Students are also expected to undertake 150 teaching placement hours over the two years.

What qualifications you need
GCSE Maths and English at C grade or above. Degree at minimum of 2(2) classification or NVQ 3 minimum for vocational specialisms.
Placements are an integral part of the course and are required in order to successfully achieve the qualification. You will therefore be required to provide a clear DBS in order to gain placement.
