This is a 12 month programme and all elements must be completed in order to achieve an Apprenticeship in Food Production and Cooking & Kitchen Services.

The Apprenticeship is designed for people who are working in a catering environment as:

  • Cooks,
  • Chefs or
  • Kitchen Assistants

• Prepare, cook and serve large volumes of nutritious meals in a hygienic environment
