General information

This programme runs for one year with flexible start dates. During this time the Apprentice will be assessed in the workplace and work in an appropriate setting to achieve the skills and knowledge they need to achieve an Apprenticeship in Contact Centre Operations which includes:

Course content

  • Level 2 Diploma
  • Technical Certificate Level 2
  • Functional Skills - Maths Level 1 and English Level 1

Entry requirements

The Apprentice must be employed for a minimum of 30 hours per week in a suitable role to demonstrate competence. There must be a line manager committed to on-the-job training who will liaise with College staff.

Progression

On successful completion, the Apprentice could move to an Advanced Apprenticeship.
