HNC/D Interactive Visual Design
This course encompasses many different disciplines from print to motion graphics through negotiated study in photography, typography, illustration, graphics and media. Students are encouraged to draw inspiration from all areas of art and design as well as brining their own life experiences to develop an individual visual style. All students will work on live projects for external clients and get the chance to contribute to our award winning FEED Magazine.

Entry Requirements
2 A Levels or 4 AS Levels in either Art and Design, Graphics or Media, or a BTEC Diploma in Foundation Studies in Art and Design or a Level 3 qualification in an art related subject such as a BTEC National Diploma. Portfolio of work is essential and needs to demonstrate a broad range of skills including typography, drawing and photography. Mature students will be considered on an individual basis with a supporting portfolio. No interview is required for this course. Applicants will be invited to enrol before the course is due to start.
Progression
Course graduates can progress into employment or onto a full honours degree by completion of one or two additional "top up" years depending on course applied for and student portfolio
