Gas Training (Blueflame Introductory Gas Training)
The Pathway to Gas course is specifically designed for operatives that are either working in the industry without any formal qualifications, or those that have required transferable skills to enable them to complete the course, (i.e. Electrical or engineering). The course is designed to bring the operative up to the required category 2 level, which will then enable the operative to take their ACS assessment.

The course is designed to bring the operative up to the required category 2 level, which will then enable the operative to take their ACS assessment.
Course content

This is then followed by a period of 12 weeks on site experience working on the full range of gas appliances and installation. On successful completion of your course and portfolio you will receive a BLUEflame certificate, which will enable you to take your ACS assessment on core gas safety.
Entry Requirements
An operative that is already working in the gas industry with no formal qualifications or an operative that possesses transferable skills (e.g. Electrical or engineering background).
Progression
This course would allow you to progress onto further qualifications in the ACS and gas industry.
