Mobile Scaffold Tower - 3T Method
Starting dates and places
Description
We run two Mobile Scaffold Tower courses - the 3T method (Through the Trap) and AGR method (Advanced Guard Rail). We are also able to offer a one day course covering both methods.
Whats the difference?
- The Through the Trap (3T) method requires the operative to sit in the trap of the deck to put on the guiderails.
- The Advanced Guard Rail (AGR) method places the guiderails in advance of the working platform, where the operative can ascend the tower and straight onto the working platform or deck with the guiderails already in place.
Both methods are compliant of best practice, but some organisations sometimes show a preference to one method over the other.
