Entry Requirements

•A keen interest in employment as Ground staff at an Airport •Good communication skills. •Level 1 adult literacy skills an advantage

Delivery & Assessment methods

You are required to present a portfolio of evidence that will contain a variety of assessment methods including role plays, worksheets and written documents
