Description
The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification gives you practical, internationally recognised finance and accounting skills which can open doors for you in any industry across the world.
You will study the AAT on a part time basis, two nights per week, with occasional extra sessions for study support or examinations.

This is a demanding course and we will require you to attend all sessions. You will also be required to complete regular homework and self study outside the classroom.
Entry Requirements
To enrol on this course you must have already completed the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting or equivalent. No interview is required for this course. Applicants will be invited to enrol before the course is due to start.
Delivery & Assessment methods
Assessment is via a number of computer based examinations.
Progression
The Diploma in Accounting is a qualification in its own right, or students may progress to the Level 4 Diploma in Accounting. Once all stages have been competed along with a period of working in an accounting environment, you can apply for full professional membership of the AAT. Successful candidates will find that the Level 3 Diploma in Accounting will help their job prospects and career opportunities. This qualification is also worth 160 UCAS points and can assist successful candidates in gaining a place at university.
