- Disease prevention and control
- Pollution prevention and control
- Monitoring and record keeping
Functional Skills
You will also gain nationally recognised Functional Skills qualifications (English and Maths), and Emergency First Aid.
What Next?Successful apprentices may progress to a pathway in hatchery management, fish biology or fish related occupations such as fisheries officer or aquatic assistant. Career opportunities include fishery assistant or water bailiff.
