Course Description
The aim of this course is to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to assist with salon services.
Students will learn a variety of Beauty skills such as:
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- How to apply basic make-up and nail art
- As well as learning about job roles in the hair and beauty sector, the different types of salons for six different industries and the services they offer.

Students are also required to complete Essential Skills in English and Maths.
Entry Requirements
- GCSEs Grade D or above, preferably in English or Maths
- Successful interview with college staff
- A report from school or other educational provider
