Who is this course for? People who want to train as professional barbers or those wanting to add barbering skills to their ladies hairdressing skills. What qualifications or experience do I need ? You neeed to have a qualification in Health & Safety or have worked in a salon and know the requirements of Health & Safety What will I study ? Cutting Gents hair How will I be assessed ? Practical and written assessments set by City and Guilds. What qualifications could I achieve ? City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Barbering What can the course lead to ? Employment as a barber or work in a unisex salon offering male hairdressing. How do I join the course ? Contact the college to set up an interview. Will I need an interview ?
