Practical Composites for Engineering
This course is ideal for engineers who want to gain an insight into working with composite materials, turning theory into reality.
This course will provide engineers new to composites with a practical understanding of actual manufacturing processes for composite materials. This will include lectures, demonstrations and practical exercises for several processing methods to demonstrate the various ways in which composite materials can be successfully produced.
Students are assessed on attendance, practical work and a written test.
