Award in Understanding Environmental Technology Revision and Assessment

You understand more about environmental technologies such as solar thermal hot water, solar photovoltaic, biomass, rainwater harvesting, ground and air source heat pumps, and micro wind and hydro generation.

The course explains why we need to consider these renewable energy systems within our homes and for the future. It also explores each of the technologies available to see how they work and what level of power they are capable of supplying.

Assessment is through a short multiple-choice online test at the end of the training.
