Domestic Plumbing & Heating NVQ Diploma Level 3 Course Details You will study the following subjects: System planning. Complex cold water systems. Complex domestic hot water systems. Complex sanitation systems. Complex heating systems (boilers and controls). Plumbing studies core underpinning knowledge. Plumbing studies practical tasks. Electrical work. How to organise resources. Environmental technology. Install solar thermal. Commission solar thermal. Assessment Assessment is carried out via practical tasks in the college workshop and on site. There will be phase tests for every unit. All assessments need to be passed to gain full certification. Learning Outcome Domestic Plumbing & Heating NVQ Diploma Level 3. Progression after Programme Successful candidates may progress to HNC Building Services. Additional Information All students are required to wear appropriate protective equipment in the workshops, including safety boots and overalls.
