BTEC Subsidiary Diploma in Visual Arts. This course is designed to provide you with a wide range of skills for the creative industries. How Will I Be Assessed?

The course is 100% coursework.

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including a GCSE in a creative subject such as Art, Graphics, Photography, Textiles or a Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Art (Merit) will be required.

Additional Information

Additional costs: Studio fee of £130 at enrolment. The fee includes payment for a starter kit, funding for trips and materials used within the course. Time commitment: You will spend 4 full days per week at College.

Progression

On completion, you can continue on to the BTEC Extended Diploma in Visual Arts.

Career Opportunities

This course is designed to allow you to enter junior positions in the Creative Industry with a skillset that will enable you to work effectively and creatively.
