Managing Rail Infrastructure Projects

Overview

The dynamic, transient and specific nature of projects is a source of constant challenge and concern. This 2 day event is focused on how to effectively deliver rail infrastructure projects and develop appropriate interpersonal management skills. The course uses a rail specific case study and follows a typical lifecycle, reviewing the main inputs, producing the key deliverables and applying the appropriate processes within each phase.
