This is a practical and interactive workshop that will show you how to keep in touch effectively with your warm prospects, how to move them from warm to hot, and then how to turn hot prospects into clients/customers.

During the day you will develop the processes and documents that will allow you to have greater success in turning interest and enquiries in your service/product into a sale.

  • How to build, and then maintain,  a "potential sale" relationship with your prospects
  • How to "qualify" your potential clients/customers
  • How to increase sales profit and decrease client acquisition cost

  • An understanding of a Sales and Selling process
  • A process for building and maintaining a "potential sale" relationship
  • A process for qualifying and converting your prospects to clients/customers

Time: 9:30am to 4:30pm
