First Aid Trainer

"My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. Since August 2024, I have been chasing them for a certificate of completion after finishing their training program. Despite numerous follow-ups, they have failed to respond, provide the promised certificate, or issue a refund.

The training itself was far from satisfactory. The trainer repeatedly postponed sessions, and when they were finally supposed to happen, he canceled at the last minute due to "emergencies." This happened at least 10 times, making it impossible to have a consistent or effective learning experience.

This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. They take your payment but fail to deliver on their promises. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere." - 13-01-2025 09:03

"A dreadful company that gives zero care for their clients. I was booked on a course for May 2023 which they switched without notice to zoom and expected me to have the final day in Manchester (I live in Cardiff and booked an in person course in Cardiff). I re-scheduled for August and had to chase up only being notified the course would happen 6 days prior and then three days prior they made up some excuse about family bereavement and shifted the dates and again made a day into a zoom session. Money returned after threat of court action and I still reserve the right to pursue my losses via a small claim. Avoid, avoid, avoid!" - 21-08-2023 11:06

"I understand that sadly Steve has passed away, however, from the get go, the admin side of the course has been dreadful. I had to phone up one working day before the course started, only to be told my Kent course was cancelled and would I mind doing the London one. I had NO prior information and after successfully completing my First Aid Trainers Course and AED Instructor Course, I have yet to have received my Certificates.
