This course emphasises the realities of door supervision and the duties that are undertaken. The door supervision training course uses practical real life scenario's to prepare individuals for the job and not just pass a test. After completing the door supervisors course and being issued with an SIA license a door supervisor can work in many areas of the security industry.
AimsAt the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of being a door supervisor.
- Use effective communication and customer service skills.
- Use self awareness to their advantage.
- Recognise, resolve and avoid high risk conflict.
