Our Access to HE courses can be studied within one academic year – up to 450 hours of classtime although some learners may be exempt from parts of the course if you already have GCSEs.How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed on the assignments which are set regularly throughout the course. Some of these assignments will be completed under exam conditions but most will be completed in your own time.What will I study?
You will study a range of modules, some of which are mandatory and some which are optional. These could be:
- Communications
- Maths (Level 2)
- ICT
- Individual project
- Biology
- Maths (Level 3)
- Chemistry
- Psychology

Entry requirements
- GCSE Science at C grade or above essential.
- GCSE Maths and English preferable
How much does it cost?
The course fees include registration with CAVA (the awarding body). You may be eligible for remission of fees if you receive state benefits or if the Access course is your first Level 3 qualification.How do I apply?
