This course is designed to be “hands-on” and attendance will provide delegates with the opportunity to get started with LinkedIn and understand how to connect with existing and potential clients.  In addition this course will provide individuals with practical insights that can be implemented on the day to improve their online presence and increase their appearance in LinkedIn searches.  Delegates will leave the session with a fully functional profile, knowledge of how to identify connections and expand their network, along with an action plan to take back to the workplace to increase the proactive business development activity of their organisation.

Attendance on this course will provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of the functionality of LinkedIn and how to lever those tools to grow their business. This covers the basics in the morning and focuses on more advanced features in the afternoon:

  • Understanding LinkedIn’s basic functionality
  • How to create a professional profile.
  • How to connect with existing contacts and why.
  • Tactics for expanding your network.
  • Understanding LinkedIn’s place in their sales process.
  • How to increase brand awareness and visibility using LinkedIn tools.
  • Establishing expertise and credibility.
  • Identifying potential prospects and how to approach them.
  • Conversion tactics.

In addition each participant will receive access to e-learning training resources.
