Summative Assessment: 3000 word written assignment

Formative Assessment: 20 minute presentation

Intended learning outcomes

On successful completion, you will be able to:

  • Critically discuss current and future health and social care policies and practice with respect to business and enterprise
  • Explore and critically appraise opportunities for innovation and enterprise development within a health or social care setting
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of business processes within health and social care settings
  • Demonstrate critical insight of the legal, ethical and social issues related to health and social care service provision
