This course comprises a 60 credit dissertation module that will support you as a leader and innovator in community health care nursing through the use of a framework for practice development. It will be based upon your day to day role in the workplace supported through action learning and research. You will access new knowledge as a self directed learner within the supportive framework of action learning, through independent study and through practice.
