This module is part of the professional development programme in Creative Leadership and Management.Learning is work-based using extensive e-learning material with support from tutors at the University of Bolton.
The module provides you with the opportunity to integrate the knowledge, skills and understanding you have built up over your programme of studies and use them to develop a business related project within your workplace. The project must be linked to a new or emergent work-related activity so that you fully research the scenario and develop an implementation plan to support the new approach or change situation.
