This distance learning course is ideal for anyone who wants to learn more about Holiday Lets. It teaches you about sourcing, preparing and marketing a property for the purpose of letting as a holiday home. Throughout the course, students will receive tutor support by email and by post for a full year from the date they receive the course.

There is no exam although you will be required to complete a series of assignments which you will send to your tutor when completed for marking and feedback. There are also regular Self-assessment Activities for you to monitor your own progress and understanding.

This course is marked through a process of continuous assessment guided by your tutor. This means that your qualification will be awarded according to your performance on assessments rather than by taking an exam.
