End Qualification:
Diploma in Hairdressing Level 3
Entry Requirements:
Interview required
Level 2 Diploma Stage 2 in hairdressing with good attendance and progress reviews. Candidates must have good interpersonal skills, a smart appearance and an interest in hair and fashion. You will be required to successfully pass an interview showing enthusiasm and commitment towards this subject and undertake a practical activity. Individual cases will be considered on their own merits.
Assessment:
There is a process of continual assessment to include assignments, exams and practical and oral assessment.
Progression from this course:
Successful completion of this course will provide the opportunity to go directly into employment in the hairdressing industry. You may also go onto further training at college, in industry or on a foundation degree.

Course Costs:
All students on full-time courses will need to pay a materials / resources fee. Details will be provided before enrolment. If you are under 19 on 31st August in the year you begin your programme, you will not have to pay tuition or registration fees for your course. For students aged 19 or over, there will be a tuition fee (depends on the course) for each year of the course as well as a registration fee (which includes exam fees). However, many students will be eligible for reduced fees and / or financial support towards the costs. Click here for detailed information. Kit lists will be discussed upon interview. There may also be the opportunity for students to participate in external educational visits. Costs may be subject to change.
Additional Information:
