Description
This course consists of the following:
- Advanced cutting
- Perming
- Hair colouring & colour correction
- Long hair design
- Promotional hairdressing
- Hair extensions
- Photographic & session work
- Health & safety
Students must be an experienced hairdresser and have the following:
- Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing at merit, plus GCSE English or Maths at grade A*-C & Science at A*-D or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE English and/or Maths.
Students must also be in related employment for 2 days a week and must attend college for the further 3 days.
Adults 19+ who have industry experience BUT do not have the necessary qualifications can be invited in for interview
