In today's competitive business environment, companies large and small need a set of powerful tools to ensure people within the organisation are performing at their very best. Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques have helped many directors, entrepreneurs, sales people, managers and marketing professionals achieve incredible results in the past. On this course you will learn and practice how to use NLP for business and personal excellence too.

  • Module 1: 12 - 15 October 2011
  • Module 2: 16 - 19 November 2011
  • Module 3: 19 - 22 December 2011

The course is in a 3 modular format which allows delegates time to integrate the NLP techniques, skills and applications learned at the course to be practiced and trialled in the field. This also reduces the amount of office days away in one block.

Business today is full of challenges with companies competing for a market share that is shrinking in some sectors. The tools of NLP provide business people with a real edge to exploit their competitive advantage. At this course participants will learn how to use NLP Practitioner techniques across various business contexts.

NLP and negotiation

  • NLP and negotiation models
  • Reading the para-messages of voice tone and body language that carry a hidden insight into the words
  • Being able to detect and understand the significance of minimal shifts in peoples voice tone and body language
  • Using your own non verbal communication to be more influential

  • Outcome questions, to enable client's to be clear about what they want in life
  • Congruency and ecology questions for the coach to assess the level of conscious and unconscious commitment the client has for the change
