Full-Time courses for 16-18 School Leavers are Free.
If you are aged between 19 and 23 and don't already hold a qualification equivalent to 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, and you need to study at Entry or Level 1 to progress to Level 2, tuition fees will be waived. If you meet the Eligible Benefit criteria, tuition fees will be waived. (Registration Fees will still apply).

Course Content: The OCR Level 1 qualification is suitable for those
who wish to develop the required knowledge, understanding and
skills to enter the workplace in a junior administrative role. This
course allows individuals to develop skills and gain knowledge that
will support entry into the business and administration workplace.
You will learn about all aspects of office work including:
• Working in Business and Administration
• Creating business documents
• Making/receiving calls, welcoming visitors and handling mail
• Using a range of office equipment including photocopier and
scanner
In addition you will gain skills in:
• Text Processing
• Word Processing
• Keyboarding
• Business Presentations Entry Qualification: You will require 4
GCSEs grades D-G including English. Mature students need a
reasonable level of English. Course Format: The course will be
taught via classes, tutorials and workshop practice. Assessment
will comprise a combination of portfolio building, assignments and
external examinations. Progression: Upon completion of the course
you can move straight into employment in the business
administration area or progress onto the Administration Level 2
Course.
