Course Content: Put some colour in your belly and funk in your soul with fiery Jerk chicken rice and peas, learn the hidden secrets of a traditional Caribbean kitchen and fire up your dinner parties with exotic Ackee and salt fish, breadfruit and green banana. Feel the sunset in your heart as you finish that last piece of ginger cake. Entry Qualification: Basic knife skills & enthusiasm Special Features: You will be given a complimentary embroided apron and a Food Studies recipe booklet relating to your course.
