Course Content: On this course you will learn how to create your own delicious breads to repeat at home. You will discover how to make artisan breads and will gain experience in simple bread-making skills.

To will soon be impressing your friends and family with you new bread-making talents.

Special Features: You will be given a complimentary embroided apron and a Food Studies recipe booklet relating to your course.

Dress code and Accessories

Closed-top shoes and suitable clothing for the kitchen including an apron. You will need to bring a large tub/box with you to take home your produce.

Course Format: Combination of practical kitchen skills, chef’s demonstration and taste.
