Course aims and objectives
It is all change in 2015 for company accounting in the UK! Or at least that is the FRC's plan when we scheduled this course! There have been many "false dawns" but at last the FRC seem set to change UK GAAP from periods commencing 1 January 2015. This course is designed to help practitioners prepare for these changes as they will affect medium sized, small and even Micro companies.
The course will include
- The accounting frameworks applying to different sized entities
- The contents of small company accounts
- The contents of micro company accounts
- New UK GAAP as it will apply to larger entities including groups
