Course Overview:
The course will involve delegates completing the Spearhead personality profiling Situation Analysis Survey questionnaire, which has been specifically designed to help enhance the skills of the experienced professional communicator.

The questionnaire will yield invaluable information about your individual style, and your strengths and weaknesses. You will learn about others behaviour & decison making criteria and identify how to get the most out of business relationships by increasing the level of communication effectiveness.
