Dru Yoga works with the body's energies and meridians. It encompasses the elements of yoga traditions handed down over thousands of years. It is non-competitive which makes it suitable for all. The experienced yogi, the beginner and anyone with limited mobility are all welcome. It is excellent for managing and improving joint stiffness as in arthritis etc.
Classes include warm-ups, energy block releases, breathing techniques, postures, sequences and deep relaxation. Various types of music are used to create a relaxing atmosphere.
When does the course start?

How long does the course last?
The course runs for 1? hors per week.
What equipment will I need?
Loose comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.
It is advisable not to eat a full meal before the class.
