Units of learning include: An introduction to systems; Microsoft package; applications of software in the workplace, and the impact of software on business performance.
Teaching methods include lectures, presentations, demonstrations, podcasts, workshops, assignments, drop-ins and tutorials. Personal learning methods include: individual work, action, research, pair and group working, and flipped learning. Assessment is based on a portfolio of generated evidence and online testing.
