A Course for This course is designed to meet the needs of: Maintenance professionals operating within the social housing sector. Non-technical staff from either a customer services or housing management background who want to qualify and progress to become a recognised professional. Entry Requirements CIOB/CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing Maintenance or an equivalent qualification. Assessment Each module will be assessed with a variation of formal written assignments, practice based reports, learner centred case study exercises and individual or group oral presentations. Learning Outcome The CIOB/CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Maintenance provides opportunities for learners to develop an understanding of wider issues and generate evidence for their key skills portfolios. Progression after Programme Progress onto CIOB/CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing Maintenance or the Higher National Certificate in Building Studies.
