Non-technical staff from either a customer services or housing management background who want to qualify and progress to become a recognised professional. Entry Requirements CIOB/CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing Maintenance or an equivalent qualification. Assessment Each module will be assessed with a variation of formal written assignments, practice based reports, learner centred case study exercises and individual or group oral presentations.
