A requirement of proprietors is to ensure that one or more people are identified within each establishment to receive proper instruction on all aspects of safety in relation to Abrasive Wheels. This will include the mounting, dressing and adjustment of abrasive wheels which will enable these persons to be able to perform the necessary duties within a workshop.

Course objectives:

To ensure compliance with training regulations for Abrasive Wheels in the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998.

Who the course is aimed at:

Users of static and/or portable grinding wheels in the course of their work.
