The part time course teaching will be within the full time classes and students will be asked to attend one day per week for three years. Again some flexibility is needed as this may be a different day each year of study.

The areas of health and social care, teaching and education, customer service and human resource management are careers which are particularly relevant to this course. The FdSc Psychological Studies course does not carry accreditation for the British Psychological Society which is a requirement for certain careers within psychology (eg forensic, educational or clinical etc). If you wish to pursue such a career you will be required to apply to stage 2/second year of the BSc (Hons) Psychology degree at Plymouth University (or another institution) to gain accreditation or complete a conversion course upon graduation.
