This course is for potential or new managers, supervisors, or team leaders, or others who want to refresh their knowledge of how to tackle performance or other problems in their team. The workshop addresses the difficulties of isolating and analysing individual performance problems. We will cover simple ways to identify and analyse problems, creating and selecting options, and choosing practical solutions, the difference between fact and opinion, and monitoring and review techniques.
