Trainer Profile
Andy Kane
One of the great comforting things youll discover on this course is that youre not alone. We may experience stress differently and have different strategies to deal with it but essentially stress is a universal phenomenon.
My own interest in this topic comes in part from having studied humanistic psychology and change, but also as someone who in the past did not cope brilliantly with their own stress and wanted to do something about it.
Taking a very practical approach we look to equip you with an easy to implement tool kit that can be used immediately to stop things boiling over (or even seething under) at those critical moments. In addition we give you the knowledge and tools to understand your own individual relationship to stress and determine some longer term strategies for change.
