Some delegates dont really know what coaching is and may even confuse it with training, whilst others have heard it is a great skill to have and want to find out more.
I really enjoy working with these people on this course and helping them to realise just what a powerful tool coaching can be for them; both in terms of developing others and also freeing up their own time by not taking on other peoples issues.
You can expect an interactive and fun day that is focussed mainly on practical work so that I can help you discover for yourself the benefits coaching can bring to your role.
