Prince’s Trust Team Programme

The Princes Trust Team Programme is a challenging 12-week personal development course that is delivered in a fun and interactive way. The focus is on working as a team on a number of activities, including work experience, qualifications, practical skills, community projects and a residential week. Through building participant confidence and motivation, team members are encouraged to think about their futures. During the 12 week programme, team members (1) Spend a week away at a residential activity centre, (2) Undertake a project based in their local community, (3) Complete a work placement, (4) Participate in a team challenge, involving caring for others, (5) Stage a team presentation, during which they recount their experiences. This programme is open to young people aged 16 25.
